Product Analyst

Location: Cornelius, NC

Description: This position has three primary roles; conversion of client data from existing trust accounting system to Infovisa's trust accounting system, day to day support of the jobs and services that are running in our data center (this support includes but is not limited to troubleshooting, monitoring, deployment and configuration of data center services as well as responding to system outages that could occur in the data center) as well as testing of our proprietary software application.


Product Support Specialist

Location: Cornelius, NC

Description: The product support specialist will be part of the support team, responsible for first point of contact support to our customers. The candidate will be expected to proactively learn all aspects of our products and gain a core understanding of the technical support functions needed to support our customers. Candidates for this position should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be resourceful, proactive and diligent in managing multiple projects. The primary role of this position is to provide first level support to Infovisa’s clients. This support includes but is not limited to troubleshooting a variety of system or process related operational issues; training operational, administrative and investment staff on utilization and functionality of the software.



Location: Cornelius, NC

Description: The relationship manager at Infovisa is responsible for maintaining relationships with Infovisa’s clients.  This entails frequent communication and visits, cross-selling additional products, identifying solutions to clients, attending industry conferences and trade shows, and working to renew agreements with clients.
